Help look after the Hauraki Gulf

Welcome aboard our conservation campaign!

There's plenty to love about Auckland's awesome island treasures. From soaring sea birds and pōhutukawa blossom, to ancient tuatara and cheeky takahē - there's always something living on or around our Hauraki Gulf islands that can melt the coldest heart or lift the bluest mood. We want our Treasure islands campaign to guard these special places from a raft of dangers, to bring joy, curiosity and a sense of wonder to big and small, young and old, seafarers and land lubbers alike. It's important to set sail on our conservation journey with everyone on board doing the right thing, so we're making the trip really easy no matter who you are or where you're from. Thank you for helping us.
